The thread banding machine is used to apply polyamide string or yarn thread around the outer diameter of cylindrical filters for pleat stability.
In case of polyamide strings, it is heated with infrared heating system. Similarly, yarn thread is coated with hotmelt for adhesion to check here filter pleats.
